Melusine ► Very ancient, for mythologists it is the Roman “mater lucina” which presided over births, or a Celtic divinity, protector of the Font-de-Sé (fountain of thirst). It could also be the Lyke of the Greeks, the Melugina of the Ligurians or the Milouziena of the Scythians. ► Très ancienne, elle est pour les mythologues la « mater lucina » romaine qui présidait aux naissances, ou une divinité celte, protectrice de la Font-de-Sé (fontaine de la soif). Il pourrait également s’agir de la Lyké des Grecs, de la Mélugina des Ligures ou de la Milouziena des Scythes.
